SUMMARY:
Strategic Sourcing Specialist

POSITION INFO:

Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Location: East Rand

Salary R500 000 – R800 000CTC (Attractive benefits)

Duties

Development, negotiation, implementation and management of contracts and SLAs
Manage the strategic sourcing projects from initiation to implementation
Complete contract pricing analysis and provide monthly reporting on cost saving/ reduction
Responsible for forecast and long-term demand planning with suppliers
Ensure that procument practices are aligned to the Global Procument Quality System procedures
Meet the procurement targets by procuring from approved BBEE suppliers
Assist with execution and management of operational procument

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, supply Chain and or related studies
9 to 10 years experiences that include solid purchasing, contracting and sourcing, industrial experience required, preferably petrochemical.
Knowledge and experience in MRP/ERP(SAP Preferable) systems , with profiency in MS Office
