JOB & COMPANY DESCRIPTION

The Strategic Specialist will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to detect deficient controls, duplicated effort, extravagance, fraud and non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. The Strategic Specialist will be responsible for identifying and effectively managing production bottlenecks, optimize productivity through design and implementation of new processes and communicate findings. The successful candidate will also be responsible for analyzing business and manufacturing processes through the measure and interpretation as well as report to Executive management and recommend changes in operations and financial activities,

EDUCATION

The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:

• CA (SA)
• Big 4 audit experience preferred

JOB EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED

• At least 2-3 year’s post article experience
• Experience in the retail/manufacturing/FMCG industries is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exposure to business management and continuous improvement projects
• High attention to detail
• Strong business acumen
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
