Structural Detailer and Modeller

Do you have strong rebar detailing and scheduling skills? This role offers the opportunity to work closely with structural engineers to produce high-quality drawings, models, and reinforce schedules within a fast-paced consulting engineering environment.

POSITION INFO:

Job Description:

• Produce detailed structural drawings and 3D models using Revit and AutoCAD
• Prepare reinforcing layouts and rebar schedules using AutoCAD Rebar
• Collaborate with engineers to interpret design requirements and deliver accurate technical outputs
• Update and maintain Revit models throughout the project lifecycle
• Ensure drawings comply with relevant standards and project specifications

• Strong proficiency in Revit (families, creating templates) and AutoCAD
• Experience detailing reinforced concrete, structural steel, masonry, and timber structures
• BIM workflows
• Construction documentation standards
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
• Minimum 4–7 years’ experience

• Grade 12 with certification in Revit and AutoCAD (essential)
• Diploma or AdvDip or Btech in Civil Engineer or a related field (advantageous)
