Respected multidisciplinary engineering consultancy is looking for a Structural Engineer with 5 or more years experience to join their team in Durban.
Requirements:
- BSc. / BEng. Civil Engineering
- 5 or more years experience
- ECSA - nearing professional registration or Professionally Registered
- Experienced in the design of structural steel structures and reinforced concrete structures
- Experienced in the following industries an advantage: Industrial, commercial, residential other civil structures
- Able to travel to sites in South Africa and other parts of Africa
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Structural Design
- Quality control in accordance with the QMS
- Site monitoring
- Project communication (report writing, minutes, project communication with the professional team)
- Project cost management
