Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sugercane Foreman with to be part of their team in Malelane area.
POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:
- Matric certificate
- Senior Certificate course in Sugercane Agricultural (SASRI)
- 2 Years experience in similar role
- Computer literate
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Swazi and/or Portuguese an advantage)
- Valid driver’s licence
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Monitor crop health and implement effective pest and disease management strategies
- Manage planting, harvesting and irrigation schedules
- Oversee day-to-day farm operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Conduct soil and leaf sampling for appropriate fertilization methods
- Management of effective weed control
