Our client in the Agricultural sector is looking for a dedicated and passionate Sugercane Foreman with to be part of their team in Malelane area.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric certificate
Senior Certificate course in Sugercane Agricultural (SASRI)
2 Years experience in similar role
Computer literate
Fluent in Afrikaans and English (Swazi and/or Portuguese an advantage)
Valid driver’s licence

Key Responsibilities Include:

Monitor crop health and implement effective pest and disease management strategies
Manage planting, harvesting and irrigation schedules
Oversee day-to-day farm operations and ensure compliance with safety standards
Conduct soil and leaf sampling for appropriate fertilization methods
Management of effective weed control
