JOB SUMMARY:
Our client in the Mining Industry, has an opportunity available for a Superintendent Survey.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Mine Surveyors Certificate of Competency
NQF 6 (Diploma or Advanced Certificate) in Engineering would be advantageous
5 years’ experience in Mine surveying.
Additional experience in Mine Evaluation.
Must obtain MS (PLATO) membership
Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
Awareness of customer service and apply the skills of customer care in a specific work environment.
Report writing skills.
Facilitate and conduct meetings and workshops effectively to achieve organisational outcomes.
Understanding of quality requirements for a Quality Management System.
Ability to implement policies and processes.
Understanding of the principles of Talent Management and the impact on the organisation.
Ability to plan, develop and deliver presentations and reports for internal and external use.
Apply the organisation's code of conduct in a work environment.
Apply the principles of corporate governance and ethics in a function.
Apply the principles of ethics to improve organisational culture.
Apply basic business principles.
Apply problem-solving techniques.
