Our client who specialise in the transport industry is seeking a Supervisor within the Port Elizabeth region.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing front counter operations
• Promoting excellent customer service at all times
• Effectively dealing with any customer queries or complaints
• Actioning and delegating in-branch tasks where appropriate
• Support managers in the day-to-day running of the branch

Position requirements as follows:

• Matric
• Computer Literate
• Drivers licence and own transport essential
• Previous car rental/travel industry experience is a plus
• Effective communication skills
• Administrative skills
• Strong counter sales
• Must be able to work in a small team environment
• Position is based at the airport
• Shift work
