Our client who specialise in the transport industry is seeking a Supervisor within the Port Elizabeth region.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing front counter operations
Promoting excellent customer service at all times
Effectively dealing with any customer queries or complaints
Actioning and delegating in-branch tasks where appropriate
Support managers in the day-to-day running of the branch

Position requirements as follows:

Matric
Computer Literate
Drivers licence and own transport essential
Previous car rental/travel industry experience is a plus
Effective communication skills
Administrative skills
Strong counter sales
Must be able to work in a small team environment
Position is based at the airport
Shift work
