A respected client is on the lookout for a dynamic Supervisor Administration to lead a high-performing admin team in delivering reliable, cost-effective services across the business value chain. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast-paced environment where precision, structure, and cross-functional collaboration are key.

The successful candidate will be responsible for directing administrative activities, optimising workflows, and ensuring systems compliance to support productivity, safety, and stakeholder relationships across the business. Travel to various operational sites will form part of the role, providing exposure to broader business operations and strengthening site-level support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, structure, and develop an administration team for maximum service delivery
• Streamline and improve core processes to enhance efficiency
• Drive compliance with processes, systems, and quality standards
• Create reliable reporting tools and exception reports for business decisions
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including management, production, and support teams

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Minimum of Grade 12
• At least 3 years’ supervisory experience in finance and administration
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate admin activities across locations
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience with Microsoft D365 and SAP Ariba is advantageous
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and report writing skills
• High attention to detail and ability to drive performance
