SUMMARY:
We are looking for a Supervisor: Branch Administration for a permanent role in East London to supervise and oversee branch administration and support to sales.
POSITION INFO:
Duties
- Facilitate client relations across branch offices
- Supervise New Business Policy Administration
- Supervise Claims Registration Processes
- Management of budgetary control
- Report on Branch Office Operations
- Management of logistics
- Responsible for compliance and TCF
- Comply with FAIS requirements
- Management of staff
- Oversight of the Integration Process
Knowledge and Skills
Formal Education
- Degree in Management (Advantage)
- Recognized qualification as per the FSCA list of recognized qualifications
Technical/Legal Certification
- RE 5 (Representatives)
- RE 1 (Key Individuals) (Advantage)
- Fit and Proper Representative: Tier 1
Experience
- 4 Years’ Experience in the Insurance Industry;
- 3 years in Supervisory/Management
- Experience in Category A, B1,B2, C and Retail Benefits
