Identify and assess suppliers for strategic fit and readiness. Design capability upgrade programmes for high-potential SMEs. Coordinate partners and beneficiaries to enable commercial outcomes. Apply a clear, proven methodology to help SMEs deliver excellence. Work within a hands-on consulting capacity to drive growth and variety in industrial projects.
