SUMMARY:
Our client in the Retail Sector, has an opportunity available for a Supply Chain Analyst - Fresh, in the Cape Town area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

BCom Logistics / Degree in Quantitative Analytics / Operational Research / Industrial Engineering / Applied Mathematics
2-3 years’ experience in the supply chain planning environment
Advanced Excel
Strong Analytical Skills
SAP experience - advantage
Must have a good understanding of the FMCG environment
Online experience
Ability to set project priorities based on agreed criteria
Ability to function well under pressure

KPAs:

Plan for fresh stock flow to Online DC facilities to maintain optimal stock levels that will result in maximised ATP and reduced waste
Assist Online team to improve ATP measurements to maximise customer fill rate
Work with the Online and On Demand teams to understand sales trends and forecast sales demand at store and article level
Assist the Online team to improve the availability indicator of Online and On Demand orders placed on store pick sites to improve pick accuracy and order fill rates. Design a process to proactively manage on-site ranges based on the proactive availability indicator
Manage store priority settings for online pick sites to improve strike rate of Online ranges
Manage store fair share settings of online ranges to improve strike rates to online pick sites
Drive improvement of process, tools, reports and systems to create sustainable solutions for the seamless integration of planning principles within the online environment
