SUMMARY:

POSITION INFO:
A leading supplier in the industrial hardware sector is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimise the full supply chain function—from procurement to delivery. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of supply chain best practices within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Minimum Requirements:

10+ years’ experience in supply chain roles, with at least 5 in a senior role.
Strong understanding of supply chain process and procurement.
Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with supply chain software (Syspro will be an advantage).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Manage procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution operations.
Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.
Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
Monitor and improve KPIs, including cost, delivery, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, production, and finance).
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Implement systems and technologies to streamline operations.
