Support Analyst / Support Lead / DevOps as follows:
Support Analyst

Working with devs on day-to-day basis to resolve and troubleshoot environment level issues
Support infra teams - Linux Team, DBA Team to perform patch updates / upgrades
Support the production deployments, change preparation, presenting it to CAB, deploying the change on production.
Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor data components in such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra
Attend to remedy tickets on day-to-day basis.
Investigate and resolve environmental issues (Ensure environment stability)
Troubleshooting problems QA and production environment as necessary
Ensure 24 / 7 support on severity 1 and 2 incidents.
Coordinate with other vendors and support team on problem resolution
Perform troubleshooting, incident response and WebLogic patching in a timely manner
Perform data loading as and when needed and when on Production Standby
Perform production standby on rotational basis (Perform system health checks, check health check logs and system logs, follow the incident management process to raise incidents and work towards resolving them, perform RCAs and document them as and when required.)
Documentation of investigations, new R&D, new processes, etc.

Support Lead

Provide Support to team in investigations as necessary
Compile reports for the Ops managers as per the prescribed process
Plan schedule for Production standby duties by aligning with the Service Delivery Manager
Run stand-ups as and when necessary
Sort through JIRA tickets for the team
Assist team in backlog grooming as and when required
Represent the team in any other incidents and coordinate with respective stakeholders and other teams to get them resolved
Assist with DR failover as and when needed as per the process

DevOps

Configuration of Docker containers for new microservices and deploy them
Configuration of config files for docker containers
Creation of Jenkins pipelines as and when needed
Configuration of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring of the docker containers
Infra Capacity Planning - Every Quarter to check the infra capacity utilization and make recommendations if upgrade is required, need to create a document with the utilization details
Work with SIT Team to get the microservices deployed in SIT environments for testing
Support the production deployments, change preparation, presenting it to CAB, deploying the change on production as and when needed.
Manage, troubleshoot, and monitor data components in such as Elasticsearch, Cassandra
Configure logging, monitoring using ELK stack for the Microservices
Troubleshooting problems QA and production environment as necessary
Documentation of investigations, new R&D, new processes, etc.
Configuration of Nginx Proxy / API Gateway as and when needed.
Configuration of New monitoring tools as per the requirement such as ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, AppDynamics, etc.
Creation of custom shell scripts as and when required to automate certain tasks / processes.
