Job Description:
The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support to users and troubleshooting problems related to hardware, software, network systems, VMWare environment, 365 Administration, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Azure as well as Hyper-V . This position requires a strong understanding of computer systems and an aptitude for problem-solving and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues reported by users.
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software problems.
• Responding to technical support inquiries in a timely manner.
• Providing technical assistance and training to users as needed.
• Documenting technical support activities and maintaining records.
• Collaborating with other IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of systems.
• Performing system upgrades and improvements as needed.
• Uphold security standards across our network infrastructure.

• Perform fundamental technical tasks under supervision, ensuring system stability.
• Assist in troubleshooting basic technical challenges, seeking guidance when needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance to uphold optimal performance of technical platforms.

• degree / Diploma, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of computer systems and networks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Microsoft certified
• Relevant vendor and industry certifications, e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, VMware
• Experience managing expectations when balancing alternatives against business and financial constraints.
