The Role:

A stable ICT CompanyÂ searching for an Support Engineer to provide daily support on IIT and MES services, responsible for manufacturing and production for clients.

It is the Support Engineerâ??s role to ensure that when incidents and requests are assigned, it is resolved in a timely manner, following the correct processes and procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Essential Experience:

Min. 2+ Years of Experience in an IT environment

Advantageous:Â

IIT Experience/MES Experience preferred

Essential Qualifications:

Grade 12
A+/N+ or Internship

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL Certification

Build, maintain and improve client relationships
Demonstrate problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Researching and apply new/enhanced technologies
