SUMMARY: Datacentrix in Western Cape is looking for a Support Engineer (End User Support) to provide End User support and point of technical escalation for support engineers. Must be willing to work from 07h00 – 16h00 Mon-Fri. Afterhours standby via remote and onsite support support.
POSITION INFO:
Required qualification and experience:
5+ years’ experience delivering End User Support Services in a customer environment
ITIL proficiency an advantage.
Primary Role Accountabilities:
Develops and maintains a professional working relationship with customers and customer end-users in support of customer Head of IT.
Diligent in performing call administration in alignment with process and procedures employed.
