POSITION INFO:
Our Client is a leader in Brand Intelligence, providing comprehensive media monitoring, advertising tracking, and analytics services supported by advanced technology and human analysis to help clients make dataâdriven decisions and understand their competitive landscape.

Responsibilities:

Provide firstâline and secondâline support across network, server, and application environments
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and virtualisation issues
Assist in monitoring systems, performance alerts, and service uptime
Support server maintenance, backups, patching, and system updates

Requirements:

Strong interest in server and network support and engineering
Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls
Basic exposure to Windows Server or Linux Server environments
Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (e.g., VMware, HyperâV, VirtualBox)
A proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and an eagerness to learn
