System Analyst / BA (SQL)

SUMMARY:
Billing Integrity (Telecomms) Contract Term: - 4 Months

POSITION INFO:

Purpose of this role:

• The role purpose of the Specialist/System Analyst - Billing Integrity is Revenue assurance and billing integrity for wholesale billing.

Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12 essential
• 3 year B.Com /Information Systems Management  Degree or equivalent
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in similar environment
• System Integrity and Control qualification (desirable)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in information analysis and reporting for integrity assurance
• Advance Sequel Scripting (essential)
• Programming experience

Responsibilities:

• Perform daily call ticket reconciliation, investigation and root cause analysis
• Perform system and tariff integrity controls
• Analyse New products on demand list for reporting and assurance controls
• Supply specifications for the automation of new and existing reports and controls
• Conduct UAT of system, assurance and reporting functionality.
• Perform System and tariff controls
• Configuration of billing system/s and system ongoing updates.
• Perform post-production integrity checks and billing
• Perform subscriber and billing month end reports must be completed in line with requirements
• Billing and System discrepancies investigated and resolved timely.
• Quality assurance on reporting and billing information
