System Operational Analyst - Investment Platform (LISP) Location: Claremont, Cape Town Are you an investment operations professional who understands LISP platform mechanics and enjoys digging into data integrity? A premier wealth and investment platform based in Claremont is seeking a System Operational Analyst to serve as the technical engine room of their daily operations. What You Will Do Batch Operations: Monitor automated daily and nightly system processing runs to ensure client debit orders, unit trust allocations, fee accruals, and interest calculations execute smoothly . Data Integrity & SQL Troubleshooting: Write SQL queries to investigate data anomalies, resolve transaction recon breaks, and fix stuck or negative balances . Platform Maintenance: Support static platform data updates, portfolio wrap rebalances, and platform system configurations . SARS & Tax Reporting: Assist with extracting, verifying, and preparing client data files for annual SARS tax submissions . Technical Support: Act as the direct operational bridge between internal investment teams, external custodians, and platform software vendors (e.g., Silica, FinSwitch) . What We Are Looking For LISP Exposure: Practical experience working within a LISP, asset manager, or wealth platform environment (e.g., Allan Gray, Glacier, Sygnia, Fundrock, Prescient). SQL Skills: Working knowledge of SQL (writing SELECT statements, JOIN s, and data extraction scripts for troubleshooting) . Platform Knowledge: Understanding of unit trust mechanics, wrap funds, client fee billing, and transaction processing . Qualifications: A National Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Financial\/Cost Accounting .
