Grade 12 Ess.
Diploma / Certificate in Information Technology:
System support exp
Experience of supporting and maintaining production IT systems in a customer facing support environment
At least 5 years exp in database systems, reporting and query tools

Ongoing maintenance of software products
Participate in development of new ERP system p
Solid exp of supporting
