POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in systems support or administration
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and diagnose system issues
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel essential)
Experience working with ERP systems
Reporting experience
Exposure to Power BI (advantageous)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to support and maintain our ERP and business systems across all branches.
This role will work closely with the Systems Manager, assisting with system support, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives. While an outsourced IT service provider manages core infrastructure, this role requires sufficient technical understanding to identify issues, assist with troubleshooting, and coordinate resolutions.
The role requires the ability to assess whether issues and enhancements can be handled internally or should be escalated to the ERP service provider, ensuring efficient and effective system management.
A key focus area is the ongoing enhancement of the ERP system, including identifying improvements, testing changes, and working with external developers where required.
