What We''re Looking For:

• A minimum of 5 years of solid experience as a Systems Business Analyst, with a dedicated focus on business systems enhancement.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the retail or supply chain environment, understanding the intricacies of these sectors.
• Proficiency in ULM (Unified Modeling Language) tools to model system behaviors, and adeptness in creating BRS (Business Requirements Specifications) and BRD
• Proven project management experience, enabling you to guide initiatives from inception to successful completion.
• Knowledge of integration tools and strategies to seamlessly connect various systems and enhance overall efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to manage Business-As-Usual (BAU) processes, ensuring consistent operations and troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities, enabling you to identify system gaps and recommend effective solutions.
