SUMMARY:
Exciting career opportunity for a Systems Engineer to make their mark in this newly created position at multi-national telecommunications Company by implementing, maintaining, and supporting Information Systems offered to the Company and its customers.

Matric, MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Azure Foundation and 5 years' experience in an ICT environment deploying and supporting Microsoft and Cloud Information Systems required.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
Competency:

Knowledge of LAN, networks, servers, desktops, mobile devices.
Knowledge of Information Systems and Architecture.
Knowledge of Customer Service principles.
Skilled in the installation and troubleshooting of Microsoft Information Systems and technologies.
Skilled in the installation and troubleshooting of Cloud Information Systems and technologies.
Customer Responsiveness.
Attention to detail.

Minimum Qualifications:

Matric
MCITP, MCSA, MCSE, Azure Foundation

Minimum Experience:

5 years'' experience in an ICT environment deploying and supporting Microsoft and Cloud Information Systems.

Other Requirements:

Must be willing to work overtime if required.

Key Performance Areas:

Design Information Systems and related architecture.
Installing and configuring Information Systems.
Troubleshoot Information Systems errors.
Provide support on Information Systems.
Ensure the continuity of Information Systems.
