Systems Officer

POSITION INFO:

PMB based national concern are looking for a Systems Officer to join their team.  The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Maintaining all systems and policy documentation
• Manage all internal and external quality systems audits (20 keys, ISO, GMP, HACCP, Risk)
• Facilitating the 20 Keys Programme
• Control and record non-conformance and customer care reports
• Control and maintain work instructions
• Compile monthly quality reports
• Ensure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standards
• Ensure all relevant risk, health and safety training is conducted timeously and according to standards
• Facilitate the Occupational Health Risk Assessment and Risk Planning
• Ensure all legal appointments as per OHS Act is in place
• Commitment and compliance to the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, 20 keys, AFMA code of conduct and any other company management systems

Requirements

• Minimum of Grade 12 with relevant qualification
• Tertiary qualification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management would be advantageous
• Experience in a production environment
• Knowledge of the ISO / GMP / HACCP Management systems, risk management and 2- KEYS systems would be beneficial
