Role Overview
We are seeking a Systems Process Consultant with hands-on experience in Xero, Odoo, and Sage to analyze, streamline, and optimize business processes across finance, operations, and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business needs and technology, ensuring seamless system integration, process automation, and scalable workflows that support organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess existing financial, operational, and ERP processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements.
- Configure, implement, and support Xero, Odoo, and Sage platforms to align with business requirements.
- Design and document system workflows, processes, and integration points.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT teams to ensure seamless process adoption.
- Provide end-user training, documentation, and support to enhance system utilization.
- Lead migration and integration projects between legacy systems and cloud-based solutions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, audit requirements, and data security standards.
- Act as subject matter expert for Xero, Odoo, and Sage functionalities, keeping up-to-date with new features and best practices.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience working with Xero, Odoo, and Sage (implementation, configuration, and support).
- Strong background in business process analysis and systems optimization.
- Experience in ERP, accounting systems, and workflow automation.
- Strong understanding of financial processes (AP, AR, GL, reporting, reconciliation).
- Solid project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (advantageous but not always required).
- Relevant certifications in Xero, Sage, or Odoo will be highly beneficial.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a similar consulting or systems role.
