Lubumbashi Area – DRC: Our client is looking for a Technical Farm Manager to join the team.

The successful candidate will focus on the operation, supervision, and upkeep of agricultural machinery and technical support to field operations.
Due to the accommodation on the farm this position would suit a single person

POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Diploma or technical training in agricultural machinery operations.
Hands-on experience with modern agricultural equipment.
Supervisory skills and strong problem-solving capabilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operate and oversee daily machinery functions, including irrigation, planting, and harvesting.
Train and supervise operators and drivers.
Conduct maintenance and repairs, minimizing equipment downtime.
