TECHNICAL SPECIALIST APPLICATION INTEGRATION

Our client is seeking a skilled Application Integration Technical resource with the following skills:

• Administration, maintenance, and deployment of the integration stack following provided documentation and processes.
• Deliver to and management of work log tasks i.e.: Jira
• Perform problem determination tasks for integration environment.
• Provide 24/7 2nd level support for the integration environment.
• Assist with the governance of license compliance for the integration stack.
• Keep existing documentation up to date
• Availability/ability to work long hours in a highly pressurised environment

Minimum requirements

• 3 years' experience with integration
• Relevant IT qualification
• Basic understanding of UNIX or LINUX
• General scripting experience (i.e.: BASH, PowerShell, Python) advantageous
• Administration and maintenance experience of integration tools
• Basic understanding of CI/CD
• Integration knowledge and experience
• Any experience with the below IBM integration tools is advantageous
•  
• o IBM Integration Bus or App-Connect
• o IBM MQ
• o IBM MQ/MFT
• o IBM DataPower gateway
• o DataStage
•  
• Experience with cloud technologies especially AWS is advantageous
