SUMMARY:
A detail-oriented, customer-focused individual is required to provide administrative and front-office support within a busy customer service environment. The role includes reception duties, coordinating deliveries and collections, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum 3 years’ experience in reception, sales support, or customer service
Strong numeracy and computer skills (MS Word & Excel essential)
Professional communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills
SAP experience beneficial
Highly organised, able to prioritise and multitask
Presentable, proactive, and able to work independently
Energetic, adaptable, and practical in approach
