Employer Description A growing IT services company, specialising in cyber security and managed IT services Job Description Administration Manage incoming Accounts mailbox Licence Ordering & Licence Management Licence consumption reporting Renewals Management Product procurement with suppliers Order tracking & status communication, actively reporting on updates Manage stock Arrange deliveries and couriers Creating delivery notes & ensuring they are saved in SharePoint General administrative work e.g. opening vendor accounts Occasional SharePoint folder management Telephone answering Updating Daily Task completion spreadsheet Data capture, maintaining databases, and record keeping Finance Weekly follow up of aged debtors Sending occasional statements Create occasional invoices Handle client account queries Create new accounts in Xero Manage new client application process Sales Support Vendor liaison Solicit vendor pricing and quotes Vendor portal usage and management Handle client order related queries etc Create quotes in PandaDoc Capturing opportunities into PipeDrive, pipeline management tool Following up on sent quotes not yet accepted Incoming leads\/enquiry management Project coordination, tracking & actively reporting on updates Marketing support CRM management Qualifications Diploma in Business Administation Matric (Grade 12) Skills 3-5 years of previous experience in an administrative \/ business support role in the IT industry Proficient in Microsoft 365, especially Excel and SharePoint (Xero would also be a bonus) Excellent typing, note-taking, record keeping skills Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets Ability to work remotely - remote office setup in place Benefits R500 Cell Allowance R500 Data\/Internet Allowance 20 days Leave Company LapTop
