POSITION INFO:
Employer Description A major South African technology services and IT consulting company that delivers digital and operational solutions Job Description •Provide functional Syspro support across multiple customer environments. •Investigate and troubleshoot complex Syspro functional and business-process issues. •Manage support tickets from initial logging through investigation, resolution and closure. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on all assigned Call Desk tickets. •Provide regular progress updates to customers and manage expectations. •Prioritise and manage multiple customer requests in a fast-paced support environment. •Understand customer business processes and identify the underlying cause of Syspro-related issues. •Provide functional consulting and recommend appropriate solutions •Document findings, resolutions and recommendations according to standard AMS procedures. Qualifications •Degree or Diploma •SYPRO CERTIFIED ESSENTIAL Skills •Strong functional knowledge of Syspro. •3 - 5 Years experience in SYSPRO Implementations and support •Good understanding of end-to-end ERP and business processes. •Experience across core areas such as Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Sales Orders, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and ideally Manufacturing. •Ability to troubleshoot complex functional issues. •Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. •Ability to explain Syspro functional problems clearly to customers.
