10 YEARS  DIRECTOR/MANAGER EXPERIENCE IN THE MIDDLE EAST

• Responsible for the development of key growth sales strategies
• Ensuring business continuity of the Infrastructure division.
• Review and adapt with the CEO on quarterly basis the business plan to ensure growth and business continuity.
• Oversight of financial performance and risk management of the programme of infrastructure projects
• Managing relationships with clients, partners and external stakeholders
• Get the company listed and certified with all the concerned authorities and licensed bodies for work in the UAE.
• Responsible for overseeing the success of major infrastructure projects including commercial control.
• Responsible for innovations in delivery and resourcing models for Infrastructure projects
• Managing and maintaining the Division sales and revenue pipeline with regard to infrastructure, including modelling future income streams and cash flow.
• Being part of the tender process for infrastructure projects, assessing commercial viability and the ability to be able to deliver the tender prior to submission.
• Attend Monthly meeting with Leadership team discuss business needs, challenges , propositions and  participate in streamlining & identifying  leadership initiatives and directives that boost performance and efficiency of the Division and the Company.
• Leading on the design, mentoring and retention of the talent pool to ensure consistent delivery on major infrastructure projects
• Oversight in collaboration with the Procurement manager of Division supply chain management

 

 

Qualifications

 

• Recognized degree in Civil Engineering with a Recognised Professional Qualification and membership.

 

Skills

 

• At least 10 years’ experience in a Manager/Director role in Middle East and 20 years’ overall experience in delivering major projects  & Services O&M.
• Outstanding Leadership, Management and Coaching Skills.
• High level Presentation Skills , combined with ability to send the right message  to the right audience   at the right time
• Understanding financial reports and other reporting mechanisms.
• Efficient communication & presentation skills.
• Excellent in time management & deadlines.
• Continuous drive for excellence, having high personal and professional standards, striving to improve and the meet new, higher standards of excellence.
