• Provide BI Solutions and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance the existing Microsoft-based systems
• Investigate and resolve application functionality-related issues and provide first level support and troubleshooting in the Data warehouse
• Provide business analysis where required

Qualifications

• B.Com/B.Sc IT

Skills

• 5 years + experience in Data Warehousing
• Strong background in writing SQL in Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience in using InfoStore
• Experience in creating Power BI Models
• Microsoft Dynamics CRM Exposure will be an advantage
• Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes is required
