Job Description

• Identify and resolve system issues.
• Function as a liaison between IT and business users.
• Coordinate and perform in-depth tests,  end-user reviews, and post implementation support.
• Define business / financial / operations requirements and systems goals.
• Review and analyze the effectiveness existing systems.
• Perform cost-benefit and return on investment analyses
• Collaborate with the entire IT team in the planning and deployment of new applications
• Coordinate with software vendor’s support staff to provide software training, fixes, and / or new functionality.
• Minimize the need for custom ERP software enhancements
• Assist with internal and external user / security audits (Sarbanes / Oxley) as necessary.
• Identify, recommend, develop, and implement end user training programs
• Collaborate with Global IT Staff to solve problems and work on joint projects.

Qualifications

• Degree Information Systems
• MS AX Certification
• Oracle Certification

Skills

• 5  years'' + Microsoft AX Support, Integration, implementation and consulting
• MS CRM integration Experience
• Must have the ability to migrate to Oracle
• Sage integration
• End user training
• Experience in an Engineering/manufacturing environment
