Expert knowledge of:
- Windows Server & Active Directory
- DNS/DHCP/GPO/ADFS
- Azure IaaS/PaaS & M365 architecture
- Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Firewalls, routing, switching
- Backup & DR architecture
- Identity and cybersecurity standards
- Ability to design enterprise-grade solutions.
Soft Skills
- Strong leadership and decision-making.
- Ability to manage high-pressure incidents.
- Excellent communication with executives and technical teams.
- Strategic thinking and technical innovation.
Qualifications
- Matric + IT Diploma / Degree (advantageous).
- Enterprise-level certifications:
- Microsoft Azure Administrator (AZ-104)
- Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Admin Expert
- VMware VCP (advantage)
- Fortinet NSE 4–7 / Sophos Engineer / Cisco CCNP
- 5+ years MSP or enterprise technical experience.
