The organization is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to design, develop, and maintain robust Business Intelligence (BI) solutions that deliver actionable insights to optimize performance across various operations. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to bridge operational needs with IT solutions, ensuring accurate data integration and reliable reporting.
Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations, to support data-driven decision-making across mining operations.
Oversee the management and optimization of performance management data warehouses, providing essential insights to improve operational efficiency.
Work closely with business leaders to understand specific reporting requirements and create tailored solutions that address business needs.
Lead performance improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing reporting accuracy and driving operational excellence in the mining sector.
Support change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and the successful adoption of new reporting systems and processes.
TM1 experience is essential for complex financial modelling and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience:

CA(SA) or CIMA accreditation is highly preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with TM1 (Planning and Reporting) solutions.
Experience in dealing with Data warehouses and Data lakes is highly beneficial.
Experience with Power BI, will be highly beneficial.
