Our client in the Mining Industry has an opportunity available for a TMM Engineer in the Kathu, Northern Cape area.

POSITION INFO:
Education and Experience Requirements:

• Grade 12
• GCC Certificate Opencast and Underground Mines
• National Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Eight (8) Years Engineering or Maintenance Services and Projects Experience
• Five (5) Years Section Engineer, Planned Maintenance and Workshop Management Experience in a Trackless Mobile Machinery and Rail or Heavy Engineering Industry
• Five (5) Years Management Experience
• Valid Code B Driving License
• Professional Status: ECSA
• Legal Requirements: Section 2.13.1 MHSA
• System Skills: Electronic Document Management Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, Information Management Systems, Production Performance Management System, Learning Management Systems, Microsoft Office, SHERQ Systems

KPAs:

• Implement operations effectiveness model and practice
• Promote and enforce compliance
• TMM engineering management functions
• Comply with IMS standards
• Implement cost control systems
• Plan, direct and assess quality management within function
• Micro- and macro- economic awareness
