JOB SUMMARY:
A well-established company based in the North West Province has an exciting opportunity for a TMM Foreman/GES to work in Zimbabwe

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this position is to plan, lead, coordinate and control the General Engineering Supervision, maintenance of all the TMM machines, managing the employees, and looking after the client's needs

The successful candidate must fulfill the following minimum requirements

Recognised mechanical trade certificate (Diesel mechanic/ Fitter/Millwright)
Must have an N6 Qualification
General Engineering Supervisor/Foreman Certificate would be an added advantage

Experience and Knowledge

Experience in managing TM3 machinery
Maintenance management on TM3 machines
Fault finding
People management
Report writing skills
Capability to manage HR matters
Must be well-spoken
Must be able to deal with high-end clients
Must have good business/report writing skills
Must be able to work on MS office especially Excel
