Job Description
Our client who is based in the North of Johannesburg has an opportunity for an energetic individual to join the thier team in the capacity of the KAM. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:
- Work with customers to identify opportunities to grow volumes and distribution
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement
- Customer strategy development, implementation and alignment
- Achievement of sales volume, contribution margin and market share objectives
- Understand customers’ needs and develop short, medium and long-term growth strategies within a specific customer based on identified needs and opportunities
- Manage product and pricing with different customers and identify opportunities to maximise profitability
- Translate channel strategy into volume targets based on objectives within the region
- Display strong understanding of the drivers of sales
- Any other related duties
Qualifications
- Matric
- A business related tertiary qualification and / or food service or food science qualification will be an advantage.
Skills
- 7 years Sales experience within the Food Services Sector
- Strong Microsoft office specifically excel and powerpoint skills.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Good Communication Skills
