TRAINEE SALES EXECUTIVE Location: East London Employment Type: Full-Time Training Period: Minimum 3 Months, with the opportunity to progress into a full Sales Executive role based on performance. About the Opportunity We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Trainee Sales Executive who is passionate about sales and eager to build a career in a target-driven environment. The successful candidate will complete a minimum three-month training programme covering practical sales, product knowledge and customer relationship skills,   Minimum Requirements Matric \/ Grade 12 certificate is essential. Valid Code 08 driver's licence is essential. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook   To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: A genuine ability and desire to sell . Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of customer needs. A confident, enthusiastic and determined approach. Resilience and the ability to cope positively with rejection. A high degree of self-motivation, energy and drive . Strong discipline, organisation and time-management skills. The ability to work independently and take initiative. The ability to work effectively as part of a team. The capacity to flourish in a competitive, target-driven environment. Persistence and determination to achieve results. A positive attitude and willingness to learn. Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build rapport quickly.
