SUMMARY:
Purpose of this position will be to prepare & provide training materials & courses on the operation, maintenance & management of shell boilers & boiler ancillaries.

QUALIFICATIONS
Grade 12
Must have a valid driver licence.
Boiler Attendance Certificate
EXPERIENCE
• 3-5 years’ experience as a Boiler Operator
• Fluent in English and a third national language will be advantageous
Experience as a trainer • Computer Literacy
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Compile training materials and ensure that they remain relevant.
Keep abreast with products and developments.
Market and sell training courses
Present training courses and evaluate trainees attending boiler courses
Identify training needs of boiler users
Ensure that all equipment and buildings are maintained and kept clean
Compile and evaluation trainee’s assessments
Submitting assessment reports
Submission and follow up on quotations to clients requesting training.
