SUMMARY:
This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the field services division, ensuring efficient coordination of quotations, purchasing, reporting, customer service, and operational administration. The position plays a key role in supporting technical teams, management, and customers through accurate documentation, scheduling, and reporting.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements / Qualifications

Grade 12 (Senior Certificate) or equivalent
Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, internet & email)
Experience using Pastel (advantageous)
Strong administrative experience, preferably in a technical or field services environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused mindset
Basic understanding of financial principles
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Report writing and typing skills
