A company that helps people from all backgrounds start and develop their tech sales career have an exciting job opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team and work remotely in South Africa. This position has the potential to grow into a head of recruitment position as we scale across new regions.

Your key job responsibilities as the Talent Acquisition Partner in South Africa (Remote):

Identify ways to improve their internal recruitment processes & scale these across their different regions
Source individuals for their programs
Utilise live adverts, social media, & their online presence to drive traffic and awareness
Conduct 2 stage interviews to admit people into the program
Build your own brand on LinkedIn to spread the message on the company

Requirements for this Talent Acquisition Partner in South Africa (Remote):

Passionate about their mission – levelling the playing field and making opportunities fair for everyone and they would love someone who buys into their dream!
Must want to work in a startup environment. This is a true start up, things move super quick, so you’ll have to be comfortable with that
Ideally 12+ months in recruitment but they are open to people who are hungry to learn
