POSITION INFO:

Talent Acquisition Specialist

Purpose of the Role

The Talent Acquisition and Retention Specialist oversees the sourcing, identifying, assessment and appointment of resources required for all companies within the group. Strategies to ensure the staff required to achieve organisational objectives are retained needs to be implemented through a positive candidate experience from initial application to the final onboarding process.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop up to date organisational design that includes relevant job descriptions for the organisation through engagement with management.
  • Design career progression and pathways for roles.
  • Articulate employee value proposition and market Agility as an employer of choice.
  • Proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines through use of relevant social media and other programmes.
  • Engage with learning and develop to implement training academy sourcing strategies.
  • Recommend and implement strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates.
  • Evaluate applications and define an array of technical and non-technical assessments to screen suitability of candidates.
  • Develop and implement positive employee experience from application to onboarding and include continuous marketing of EVP internally.
  • Ad hoc HR projects

  Knowledge

Qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Industrial Relations, or similar field. Industrial Relations and Labour Legislation

HR functions and best practices

Experience

Minimum 3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment Some marketing experience beneficial

Similar industry experience preferred
