Purpose:

To support the business in all their recruitment requirements within a specified timeline and to ensure there is an active pipeline of ready to go talent. Always deliver an amazing customer/candidate experience and ensure recruitment deadlines are met.

Requirements:

• Relevant human resources qualification
• 2-3 years talent acquisition experience
• Accredited Top Grading interviewer
• Highly organized
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong communication skills and people engagement
• Excellent written skills
• Strong interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
