Role: Talent Acquisitions Consultant for Financial Services ( Insurance and Investments)
(known as - TAC going forward)
Start date 1 Jan 2021
This role is open to individuals only and not recruitment companies.
To report to Head of Talent Acquisition
Remuneration: Basic and Commission to be discussed at interview Starting from
Talent acquisition specialist required to recruit Financial Advisers (experienced and new to industry). The TAC will be responsible for sourcing & screening CV’s according to the Job spec provided.
New candidates are to be introduced to sales leaders for interviews.
TAC will be required to track the applications submitted and provide feedback weekly as well as to attend weekly meetings.
Precontracting and contracting documentation to be submitted to head of talent acquisition by stipulated dates.
Company may ask TAC to assist with miscellaneous requests linked to recruitment within reason.
Targets to be met and evaluated quarterly.
Minimum requirement:
- Matric / Gr 12
- 3 Years recruitment experience
- Financial Advisory experience preferable!
- Own Transport
- Laptop and Cell Phone
Job Description:
- Sourcing candidates / CV’s to be trained as financial advisers according to the Job Spec provided. (Experienced and New to industry Financial Adviser)
- Screening of CV’s.
- Reference check on Candidates.
- Booking of interviews.
- Submission and tracking of pre contracting (training available)
- Submission of contracting to head of recruitment.
- Reporting and tracking of CV’s submitted.
- Attendance of weekly recruitment meeting to provide feedback.
- Weekly engagement with sales leaders.
- Targets to be reviewed quarterly.
