Talent acquisition and staffing

Vetting recruitment agencies

Employee engagement

Oversee onboarding process

Collaborate with training team in development and streamlining of training curriculum for new and existing employees; Research, Identify and recommend resources required to conduct learning

solutions, assign specific training activities, or hire appropriate vendors to conduct training (Includes Management /Leadership training, soft skills training, team building, and various business

meeting facilitation needs)

Implement KPI’s to define and track the success of on-boarding and training programs

Implement Professional Development Plans (PDP) and implement a meaningful performance management system and recognition programs to drive organizational results, recognizing high

performance among team members, and value team member contributions

Performance Management and Succession

Management of the Performance Appraisal process.

Capturing and Consolidation of performance scores.

Assist business with linking performance management to PDP’s.

Assist business to develop Performance Management initiatives for non-performances.

Off-Boarding / Exit Process

Assist both employees and business during the exit interview process

Compiling monthly analytical reports on reasons for exits

Identifying key aspects for reasons of exits and making recommendations in terms of retentions

Assist with Alumni Programme and Critical Skills Transfer  and Retention Programmes

Assist both employees and business with Employee Forums, Group Employment Equity Committee Meetings (structure, purpose and process)

Monthly & Quarterly reporting on Employment Equity Plans, Targets and Progress

Annual Submission of Employment Equity Reporting to the Department of Labour
