JOB SUMMARY:
We are privileged to partner with an industry leader within the Real Estate Industry, to recruit for a Tax Accountant. If you would like to be affiliated with an organization that promotes growth, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage the group tax forecast models to predict and forecast tax liabilities
Prepare monthly balance sheet recon reviews and financial planning analysis
Monitor reports of the financial accounting division
Group annual financial statements preparation in terms of IFRS
Ensure that general ledger transactions are recorded in ERP system and is in line with SA income TAX and VAT Act.

Skills & Experience:
Minimum 2 years’ experience of supervisory
Minimum 3 years of post article experience
Property/NPO experience is preferred
Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards is advantageous
Understanding the South African Income Tax Act is prerequisite

Qualification:
Bachleor’s degree
SAICA Articles completed
CIMA
