POSITION INFO:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Practitioner to join our professional accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of South African tax legislation, demonstrate excellent analytical and communication skills, and be committed to delivering accurate and compliant tax services to our clients. (Interviews will start mid-January 2026)

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing individual and business tax returns, liaising with SARS, managing client tax compliance, and assisting with tax planning and advisory work. A high level of attention to detail and professional integrity is essential.

Minimum Requirements:

• Registered Tax Practitioner with SARS and an approved controlling body (e.g., SAIPA, CIBA or SAIT).
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant tax experience in practice.
• Proficiency in e-Filing, Excel, and accounting/tax software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, be based in the Northern Suburbs, and be fluent in Afrikaans to effectively communicate with clients.
