We are needing experience in the following :

Distributed systems
Tema management / previous leadership expereince : 3 years +
At least 1 PHP MVC framwork
OO/ Functional programming
Cloud patterns
Concurrency
Architectural discussions and practices
Agile : Scrum and Kanban
Microservices
Fluent in both Linux and Mac-based environments
API design
Databases and storage
PHP / Laravel
